Approximately 33,000 employees generated CHF 11.20 billion in sales in 2025. /p pAre you ready for the next step in your career and want to seize the opportunity to become part of the success story of one of the world's most comprehensive and broadly positioned manufacturers of chemical products? /p pThis role is full-time, permanent, based in Corporate Region, in Corporate Units, within Procurement Department. /p pWe are looking for a new team member starting as soon as possible. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDrive implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain due diligence and sustainability compliance across EMEA /li liMonitor and ensure procurement compliance with sustainability regulations, standards, and EU requirements /li liAssess, track, validate, and report supplier ESG performance data /li liMaintain and improve sustainability group data, dashboards, KPIs and reporting tools /li liCoordinate communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders on sustainability topics for EMEA /li liSupport supplier engagement, corrective actions and data collection activities /li liContribute to carbon data collection, Scope 3 emissions and Product Carbon Footprint initiatives for EMEA /li liIdentify opportunities for low‑carbon materials and responsible sourcing /li liParticipate in sustainability initiatives (e.g., Together for Sustainability) and continuous improvement initiatives /li liAct as a key interface between procurement, suppliers and internal teams /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's in Sustainability/Environmental Science, Supply Chain Management or similar /li liExperience in Sustainability, ESG, or Supply Chain Management /li liStrong project management and stakeholder coordination skills /li liExcellent analytical skills with high attention to detail /li liAdvanced knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Excel /li liExperience with sustainability data, reporting and dashboards /li liSelf‑driven, structured and proactive working style /li liStrong communication skills in English (spoken and written) /li liTeam player with the ability to collaborate across functions and regions /li liFamiliarity with GHG accounting, Scope 3 or supplier sustainability is a plus /li /ul h3Compensation and Benefits /h3 pWe offer competitive salaries, aligned with local market benchmarks and the specific scope and responsibilities of each role.
