Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the Resource Management & Analytics team to optimize manpower and equipment planning, forecasting, rostering, and scenario modeling.
* Design and implement data-driven workforce strategies to improve operational efficiency, agility, and resilience, ensuring optimal manpower and cost management.
* Oversee RMS system administration, promoting automation, rule writing, and continuous improvement.
* Manage third-party labor contracts and contribute to strategic workforce planning through analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
* Provide performance insights to senior leadership and lead digital transformation initiatives in resource management.
* Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and professional growth to ensure long-term operational success.
Candidate Profile
* Extensive experience in business improvement, resource planning, operations analysis, or management consultancy, preferably within airport or airline operations.
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
* Solid understanding of ground handling or aviation environments; experience with planning or RMS tools (e.g., INFORM) is advantageous.
* Strong analytical, strategic, and conceptual thinking skills with a focus on innovation.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to translate data into strategies and influence stakeholders.
* High integrity, structured working style, and solution-oriented mindset.
* Fluent in English and either German or French.
