We’re looking for a Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/x) to join us in Feldbach, Switzerland.
Responsibilities
The role of Finance & Accounting specialist (m/f/x) will involve
Managing fixed asset accounting including reporting, investment planning, and inventory
Supporting general ledger activities including accruals, provisions, reconciliations, and IFRS 16 lease accounting
Handling banking and treasury activities including liquidity monitoring, payments, and account management
Managing travel expense processes including system administration, training, and policy control
Coordinating tax and regulatory reporting with external partner
Supporting monthly and annual closing processes, including reconciliations and auditor collaboration
Acting as interface to shared service centres for accounts receivable and payable processe
Driving finance process improvements and participating in cross-functional project
Serving as SAP FI coordinator (authorisations, testing, process control)
Providing backup within the finance team across the CH/AT/SEE region
Qualifications
Your Experience:
As a Finance & Accounting Specialist (m/f/x) you will have:
Completed education in finance or accounting, ideally with further professional training
At least 5 years’ experience in finance and accounting (OR and IFRS knowledge required)
Strong IT affinity with excellent Excel skills and good SAP knowledge (ideally SAP S/4HANA)
Strong organisational skills with a high level of numerical understanding
Fluent German and English (spoken and written), French is an advantage
Strong analytical skills and execution-oriented mindset
Structured, solution-oriented and detail-focused working style
You will ideally have:
Experience in complex, international finance environments
Exposure to shared service centre structures
Experience in process optimisation or finance transformation projects
Experience acting as SAP FI key user or coordinator
Strong digital mindset and affinity for modern finance tools
Varied and autonomous all-round finance role in an international environment
Strong focus on personal development including e-learning platforms and LinkedIn Learning
