In this key position, you will play a leading role in the further development and implementation of our ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) strategy at Andermatt Swiss Alps. The role reports directly to the CEO of Andermatt Swiss Alps and liaise functionally with the Group Head of ESG of Orascom Development Holding (ODH) and with the ESG Board Member of Andermatt Swiss Alps. You will design effective ESG programmes and ensure their successful implementation and will be directly responsible for driving sustainable initiatives. Become part of our amazing team and help us shape a responsible future!Your contribution to our successDirect Responsibility for implementing the Andermatt Swiss Alps (ASA) Group's ESG strategyIn collaboration with relevant partners, coordination of all sustainability-related tasks and initiatives for the ASA Group, including carbon footprintIn collaboration with the Orascom Development Holding Group, development of an internal and external ESG communication strategy for the ASA Group, including media relations, social media, website and reportsSupport to department managers and functional experts across ASA Group in integrating ESG initiativesOperational support to the ASA Group ESG Board Member in the preparation of board meetings on ESG related mattersDesign and preparation of the annual progress report based on current ESG standardsRepresentation at selected events and network meetings on sustainability issuesJoint responsibility for various compliance instruments such as code of conduct, whistleblowing, supply chain monitoring, etc.Participation in group-wide ESG projects within the Orascom GroupMember of the ASA extended leadership teamWhat you bring inBachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, economics or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of professional experience in ESG/sustainability/corporate responsibilityGood knowledge of relevant ESG standards (e.g. GRI, CSRD) and current regulatory developmentsExperience in managing ESG reporting, stakeholder engagement and regulatory complianceStrong analytical and communication skills as well as experience in project managementExcellent written and spoken German and English (C1/C2) are an absolute mustTeam-oriented, independent and structured way of working, able to combine mid to long term strategic thinking and hands on approachWork location: 2 days per week in Andermatt; Homeoffice possible on the remaining daysThis is what you can look forward toA team of passionate doersGenerous support in further trainingCombination of leisure and workModern working time modelFlat hierarchy with fast decision-making processesNumerous discounts and special offersThat is usAndermatt Swiss Alps AG, based in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt with aparment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss.
