French Language Educator



The International School of Geneva is seeking a qualified French Language Educator to join our Summer Camps team. This role involves designing and delivering engaging language sessions within a one-week camp program that combines language learning with multisport activities.




Job Description:



* Teach French as a Foreign Language (FLE) to children aged 7-12 in a camp setting.
* Design and deliver interactive lessons that promote communication, interaction, and enjoyment for children with varying levels of French proficiency.
* Supervise groups of up to 16 children during arrivals, departures, mealtimes, leisure activities, and water-based activities when scheduled.




Required Skills & Qualifications:



* A recognized qualification in FLE or language education is essential.
* Solid professional experience teaching French to children in an international school or multicultural environment is preferred.
* Familiarity with didactics of languages and literature will be beneficial for translating pedagogical expertise into dynamic activity-based learning techniques.
