About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and committed individual to contribute to the company's success through their expertise and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily accounting tasks such as bookings, payments, and invoicing, in close collaboration with various departments.
* Ensure timely receipt of payments and maintain accounts receivable.
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in cooperation with the finance manager.
* Comply with VAT and other tax reporting obligations, acting as the main contact for authorities.
* Create various internal financial reports.
Profile
* Commercial basic education or equivalent qualification.
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; experience with MS Dynamics (Navision or Business Central) is a plus.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Fluent in English and German; French skills are a plus.
* Willingness to take on challenges and continuously learn.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adjust priorities.
* IT affinity, experience in digitizing processes is desirable.
