Job Description:
Administrative Account Service Professional
The ideal candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Account Service professional, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of administrative account service, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build work orders based on user requests and close and archive completed work orders tickets.
* Serve as customer liaison for any changes or reports.
* Handle the filing of GMP work orders.
* Transfer approved Equipment/PM/Instrument request information into the appropriate database.
* Work closely with onsite team to assist in scheduling and contacting vendors.
* Responsible for accurate data input into respective databases.
* Supervise PM activity through PM management reports to assure timeliness and completion and maintain up-to-date records of pass through service contracts.
* Communicate in a timely fashion with vendors and client contacts.
* Use perseverance, tact and subtlety to acquire agreement and results.
* Keep the customer updated on progress.
* Vendor escorting.
* Support Account Manager in preparing the QBR data.
* Responsible for client happiness, account profitability and retention.
* Face-to-face meetings, telephone, email, and other electronic means as vital with sales, service/support personnel, operations, finance, management, cross-divisional personnel, and vendor representatives.
Your Qualifications:
* Commercial Degree (KV, Handelsschule, HF)
* 4+ years successful experience in Customer Service in a GMP relevant environment.
* Well organized, ability to multi-task.
* Diligent (attention to detail).
* Desire to perform job to high standard.
* Valid drivers license and ability to travel within Europe.
* Ability to work independently and pro-actively to resolve customer issues.
* Effective interpersonal skills in both German and English (verbal and written), French is a plus.
* Proven PC skills and ability to optimally use Windows based software.
* Experienced with CRM and ERP tools such as SAP, IBM Maximo.
