We are looking for an experienced and driven Logistics Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team based in the Torrance / Greater LA area. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in freight forwarding or supply chain sales, who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
This is a
hybrid position
. You will primarily work from our office to ensure smooth internal communication and collaboration. However,
when actively engaged in sales activities such as client visits or field work, you are not required to report to the office
. This setup provides a balance between team integration and field flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
 * Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer relationships in the logistics sector
 * Sell integrated freight solutions including ocean, inland trucking, warehousing, and customs services
 * Prepare proposals, pricing quotes, and negotiate service contracts
 * Coordinate internally with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery of services
 * Maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet or exceed monthly targets
 * Stay current on market trends, industry regulations, and client needs
Qualifications
 * 3+ years of experience
in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation sales
- Strong knowledge of supply chain solutions and customer requirements in the U.S. market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to commute to the
Torrance / LA office
as needed
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

- Japanese language skills are a
plus
