Job Description
Executive & Personal Support
Proactively manage the Principal's agenda, including:
Scheduling meetings and conference calls
Coordinating travel arrangements and reservations
Managing personnel schedules and timetables
Act as a trusted point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and organisation across all activities.
Office & Administrative Management
Oversee general office administration and organisation
Manage incoming and outgoing mail
Maintain and update databases and records
Handle inventory management and office supplies
Coordinate home and office maintenance, troubleshooting issues as they arise
Manage relationships with external suppliers and service providers
Accounting & Financial Administration
Process and record invoices in the internal accounting system
Ensure timely payment processing (Winbiz)
Support basic accounting and financial administration tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
The Successful Applicant
Required Experience & Qualifications
Relevant education enabling the successful performance of Executive/Personal Assistant duties
Significant experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
Solid accounting experience and confidence working with financial data
Strong professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills
Fluency in French and Spanish; English is also required
Excellent written communication skills
Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience with Winbiz is a strong asset
