What you do with us:

• You listen to the concerns and needs of our members regarding insurance matters. Cross-selling and upselling are familiar to you and you enjoy selling
• You advise our members in a friendly and competent manner by email and telephone (no evening or weekend work; remote work is possible)
• You are responsible for the administrative management of insurance policies (drafting and sending offers, data entry in the IT system, creating statistics and analyses)
• You participate in team meetings and workshops and actively contribute your ideas 

What you bring:

• You have a certified AFA qualification or several years of experience in the insurance field, with the willingness to obtain the AFA certification funded by ATE
• You speak very good French and German
• You are proactive and stand out through a high sense of service and customer orientation
• You have a good knowledge of common office tools and are open to learning new systems and applications
• You identify with the goals of ATE
