Our key areas of operations include Retail Banking and Wealth Management, Asset Management, Global Private Banking and InsuranceWe are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our International Wealth and Premier Banking team in the role of r working together with colleagues to define, manage and achieve divisional business targetsPrincipal ResponsibilitiesManage, acquire, grow and deepen Premier customers’ relationships through effective relationship managementDrive revenue and AUM growth expectations through holistic financial planningEnsure a high level of sales and services of HSBC retail products based on needs based sellingRefer mortgage business to Mortgage Arranger (MA)Ensure best practice on wealth sales is being referred to peers and othersEnsure compliance with products and sales policies, procedures and guidelines set by the Bank and the relevant authorities are adhered and complied to at all timesRequirementsCandidate with experience in relationship Management of High Net Worth clients are preferredA recognized tertiary Diploma / Degree qualification;Relevant licence in marketing wealth and investment products such as PCE, TBE, CEILLI, FIMM, IPPC is requiredEvidence of strong sales track record insurance and investment productsSales oriented, driven to produce resultsHighly skilled in influencing, networking and portfolio management skillsFluent in spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia; candidate with proficiency to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an added advantageDue to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation needed will be prioritizedHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
