Are you interested in building your own mom fitness community? Then join our Mom in Balance team and support women and moms (to be) in keeping fit and strong during pregnancy, post partum and beyond.
Mom in Balance Switzerland offers outdoor group workouts for women and moms throughout all motherhood levels. We are an international community of like-minded women who motivate, inspire and support each other - physically and mentally. Mom in Balance offers its own trainer education program, developed together with gynecologists and specialists, and is recognized by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) und der Athletics Fitness Association of America (AFAA).
Tasks
We are looking for a freelance fitness trainer to support our team in Lenzburg, Aargau. You will be leading a group of women throughout all motherhood levels, and offer 60-min full body workouts 1-2x per week all year round. Courses are held on weekends and midweek mornings or evenings.
Trainings consist out of safe and effective functional exercises using Mom in Balance workout structures; including exercises to build strength, core, endurance, HIIT, mobility, coordination and stability.
Requirements
You are positive, passionate and embrace fitness in your personal life. You're eager to train your own mom groups independently and promote Mom in Balance among friends and family. You love to motivate, inspire and surround yourself by a group of strong women. Furthermore, you enjoy nature and love being outdoors.
Ideally you already bring some (group) fitness experience and have a strong local network of women or moms.
You will participate in the Mom in Balance trainer education program (6-8 weeks) and receive the perfect preparation for practical work through an online training program offered by our head office in the Netherlands. Practical assignments will be held in Lenzburg and Zurich. Ideally, you speak German and English.
