Overview
Key Responsibilities
Finance & Bookkeeping
 * Process and review invoices with accuracy and policy compliance.
 * Assist in budget monitoring and departmental expense tracking.
 * Maintain organized records of financial transactions and documentation.
 * Support the preparation of internal financial reports.
ERP System Support
 * Administer and maintain data within the ERP system, focusing on finance, vendor, and compliance workflows.
 * Ensure accurate entry and updates of vendor, contract, and financial information.
 * Provide first-line support for ERP-related queries and coordinate with IT or external vendors for resolution.
 * Promote consistent and compliant use of ERP processes across departments.
Vendor & Cross-Team Coordination
 * Serve as a point of contact for vendors, ensuring timely and professional communication.
 * Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary approvals and documentation.
 * Support procurement activities, including vendor onboarding and record management.
Office & Administrative Support
 * Oversee general office administration including supplies, mail handling, and facility coordination.
 * Assist with scheduling, document filing, and other administrative tasks.
 * Support onboarding logistics and compliance documentation for new hires.
Qualifications
 * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
 * 1-3 years of experience in finance, operations, or administrative support.
 * Familiarity with ERP systems or a strong willingness to learn.
 * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with platforms like Salesforce, Oracle, or Odoo is a plus.
 * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
 * Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
 * Comfort working in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment.
 * High accuracy and diligence in handling financial data.
 * Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
 * Strong interpersonal skills for vendor and team interactions.
 * Adaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
 * Confidence working with cloud-based tools and IT systems.
 * Friendly, helpful attitude with a focus on flawless execution.
