The General Accounting and Reporting Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely management of accounting and reporting activities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and supporting business decisions.
Accounting & Reporting
* Preparation and recording of adjusting entries for monthly closing reporting (by local and IFRS gap.
* Prepare and submit Management monthly Reporting Package (Syrus)
* Review of reconciliations for statutory and IFRS accounts.
* Knowledge and application of IFRS16 accounting principles.
* Preparation and submission of annual statutory reporting and the monthly management reporting package (Syrus).
* Production of specific reports (Capex, additional disclosures such as headcount and lease commitments).
* Management of annual accounting external audit and fiscal audits by authorities.
Financial Analysis
* Gross margin analysis by Cost Center.
* Operating expense analysis by store.
Control, Compliance & Collaboration
* Implementation and strengthening of systems and procedures to enhance financial control and compliance.
* Close collaboration with internal and external suppliers.
