What Youll Do
* Be part of the team who is responsible for business relationships with our car rental suppliers.
* Track supplier performance and lead improvement projects.
* Monitor market trends and find new business opportunities.
* Work closely with internal teams on development initiatives.
* Maintain and optimize service delivery flow to the customers.
* Represent DiscoverCars.com at industry events (international travel 15-20% of the time).
* Oversee the assigned territory business performance.
* Across all areas of responsibility, collaborate with teammates to achieve big wins together.
What You Need
* At least 5 years in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management (bonus points if its in a fast-growing international company).
* Strong communication and negotiation skillsbout how to build great relationships and close deals.
* A strategic, analytical mindset to track performance and find improvements (bonus points for above-average technical skills).
* Self-motivation and ownership you get things done.
* Passion for growth, learning, and working in a fast-paced environment.
* (Nice to have) Experience in travel, car rentals, or mobility industries.
