Senior Director, PQM Strategy Deployment & Excellence (Switzerland)
Join Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine as the Senior Director for Product Quality Management (PQM). This role drives PQ excellence leadership, strategy deployment, and execution across Innovative Medicine supply chain, quality, and digital initiatives.
Position Summary
The Senior Director PQM Strategy Deployment & Excellence leads PQM strategy, stability, risk, and digital excellence, aligning with business partners and ensuring regulatory compliance while maximizing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead PQM strategy development and deployment, ensuring alignment with IM Quality and key business partners.
* Own PQM stability program management CoE, managing regulatory compliance and process efficiency.
* Direct product risk management activities, applying risk tools such as FMEA, PRA/PRM.
* Champion data-driven and innovative approaches, enhancing PQM analytics, dashboards, and continuous improvement.
* Drive core PQM business processes (LRFP, budget, cascade) and identify improvement opportunities.
* Build organizational capability, manage talent, and support J&J performance management.
* Represent PQM at global digital forums and initiatives.
* Deliver project portfolio using proven project management tools.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Engineering, Sciences or similar.
* Preferred advanced degree and/or MBA, MS, or PhD.
* At least 15 years senior level experience in biotech/pharma with broad scientific expertise and global program leadership.
* Minimum 7 years people management and talent development experience.
* Strong global leadership, relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills.
* Analytical and strategic thinker with ability to create integrated solutions.
* Influence, shaping solutions, negotiation and consultative skills.
* Thought leader with strong communication and partnership skills.
