Our Swiss team of around 100 colleagues works closely with peers in Denmark and across Europe. To further strengthen our organisation in Switzerland, we are looking for a Solution Architect in Supply Chain Planning – someone with deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain management and digital transformation, who can translate knowledge into real client impact.
Your responsibilities
* Drive SAP IBP and other advanced planning system implementations, bridging business needs and IT capabilities.
* Co-create innovative solutions with our clients that enable high-performing business processes through state-of-the-art functionalities.
* Act as a commercial driver by generating leads, shaping proposals and winning projects.
* Play a key role in both delivery and business development, helping to strengthen our supply chain planning practice in Switzerland.
Your profile
* Solid experience in supply chain planning (inventory optimisation, advanced forecasting, supply and demand planning, S&OP).
* At least three full project cycles as solution architect or technical workstream lead.
* Proven ability to design and implement end-to-end sales and operations planning processes.
* First experience in leading sales cycles, from lead development to assisting in securing projects.
* 4–6 years of consulting experience.
* Master's degree in business, engineering, IT or a related field.
* Excellent communication skills – able to convey complex ideas in English (German or Italian is a strong advantage).
