We are looking for an IT Configuration Manager to lead the deployment of a new Configuration Management framework across a large-scale IT environment.
This position is strongly focused on enterprise content management and DevOps practices, with a technology landscape including OpenText, GitLab, and JFrog Artifactory.
Tasks
* Deploy and manage the new Configuration Management process across IT systems.
* Introduce and maintain configuration management tools and documentation.
* Ensure integration and governance of tools such as OpenText (ECM), GitLab, and Artifactory into the CM process.
* Define and maintain CM standards, procedures, and documentation repositories.
* Coach engineers and developers on CM practices and tool adoption.$
* Provide regular progress updates and ensure compliance with quality and governance standards.
Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in IT, with strong knowledge of Configuration Management.
* Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
* Hands-on expertise with OpenText solutions (ECM, content/document management, workflows).
* Experience with GitLab (source control, CI/CD) and JFrog Artifactory (artifact management).
* Strong understanding of DevOps principles, automation, and version control.
* Fluent in English; French and/or German would be an asset.
* Autonomous, rigorous, adaptable, and collaborative.
* Strong organizational and communication skills.

Our Recruitment Process
