Your Key Responsibilities:
1. The IS Sourcing Category Negotiation Manager, shall lead complex IS Sourcing projects and negotiations across all IS Sourcing categories, (typically Software, IT Services, Infrastructure, Hardware & Communications) for projects with contract value typically above $K per annum
2. Manage the IS Sourcing Process from engagement, RFQ / RFP, subsequent negotiations through to contract signature
3. Work closely with requestor/business owner to drive deal structuring: align vendor portfolio management, IS Sourcing Strategy and selection and negotiation strategies with GBS-IS / BA IS accordingly
4. Define the negotiation strategy including negotiation targets, negotiations plan, governance, BATNA, weaknesses and strengths
5. Cooperate closely with customers, internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (legal, tax, security, privacy & finance) providing leadership and guidance for allocated IS Sourcing projects
6. Support business and IT stakeholders in aligning IS Sourcing delivery model to business needs
7. Drive cost saving for allocated negotiations & contribute to the achievement of IS Sourcing saving targets (accurate and periodical forecasting & reporting)
Your Qualifications:
8. + years professional experience especially in the competency areas of: supply chain management, IS Sourcing, stakeholder management, management of high volume of contracts, lead complex IS Sourcing projects, problem solving, cross-functional collaboration, commercial and technical know-how
9. Track record of minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic IS Sourcing (especially Software, IT Services & Infrastructure)
10. IS Sourcing Category Management experience (preferably Software, IT Services or Infrastructure)
11. Substantial understanding of the legal aspects in the context of IS Sourcing contract negotiations
12. Excellent leadership skills and collaboration between different businesses / stakeholders
13. Fluent and collaborative with wide network of peers and colleagues
14. Cultural awareness, excellent communication and negotiation skills
15. Fluent written and spoken English
