Job Description
1. Prepare, update and check Building Service systems layout (UG systems, Louvres, CCTV, Electrical Cabinets, HVAC systems, Fire Fighting systems)
2. Generates and updates 3D model (Steel Structure, Equipment, Piping, Ducts)
3. Incorporate and check of drawings/3D model from external and internal supplier
4. Ensure the exchange of all required layout data (3D model) with the project team as well as with consortium partners and suppliers of engineering services
5. Attend internal and external meetings as necessary to review BS model
Qualifications
6. Very good knowledge of Aveva E3D (former PDMS) and MS Office. Navisworks and AutoCad are a plus
7. 3+ years of experience in plant / layout design of (power) plants (power, oil & gas, industrial) or equivalent regarding structural and mechanical designs, piping routing and equipment/systems arrangement
8. 3+ years of experience in creation of layout concepts of complete plants, in technical risk assessment and solution providing
9. Fluency in English, German or French are a plus
10. Autonomous, solution-driven, and persuading personality
