Purpose
The Senior Completions Engineer is responsible for designing, planning and executing completion operations, in compliance with HSSE, Quality and on time in line with schedule requirements. You produce project-specific completions documentation and transfer to site for the construction and completion phase of the project, depending on the needs of the project.
Responsibilities
Develop detailed completion programs and designs, selecting appropriate completion techniques, tools, and technologies to optimize project performance.
Provide guidance and advanced technical expertise on construction techniques to the project/site team, ensuring best practices are followed.
Address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve completion performance and reduce non‑productive time.
Drive continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and implementing best practices.
Education
At least a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field with strong knowledge of systems, construction & commissioning processes, and HSSE regulations.
Experience
At least 8 years extensive experience in completions, with a strong understanding of various completion techniques and technologies.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments, combined with excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
