Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor to join our team. As an M&A Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients successfully manage global challenges and achieve their strategic goals.
* Job Description:
* Mergers and Acquisitions Integration and Separation Leadership: You will lead complex M&A separations and integrations by bringing a forward-looking approach and tailored methodologies to client situations.
* Mergers and Acquisitions Value Creation: You will perform and oversee operational and financial analysis to support the assessment of merger synergies, the impact and complexities of carve-outs, and the stand-alone performance improvement potential of buyouts and corporate divestments.
* Exceptional Client Service: You will advise clients across our offerings, building and maintaining strong relationships, while leading the engagement teams to deliver exceptional client service, adhering to quality and robust methodology.
* C-Suite Intimacy: You will develop your ability to lead conversations with client CXOs, articulating ideas into tangible solutions, and becoming the client's go-to contact for delivery transformation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Demonstrated Entrepreneurial Mindset: You will have a self-starter attitude, be highly motivated to lead and grow, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and evolving priorities.
* Strong Problem-Solving Capabilities: You will have a focus on strategic decision-making and attention to detail, alongside a proven ability to simplify complex concepts, create executive-level narratives, and synthesise value effectively.
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree from Top-Tier Universities: You will have exceptional academic marks and a minimum of 7 years of relevant M&A experience in consulting or industry roles, with clear experience in one of the main Swiss industries, i.e., financial services, life sciences, consumer, and/or industrials.
* Project and Stakeholder Management: You will have high-quality skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive storytelling, as well as aptitude with AI technologies and a keen interest in embedding AI solutions into our offerings to enhance client outcomes and drive innovation.
* Fluent in English: You will have excellent interpersonal skills and experience working within an international community. Language proficiency in German or French is desired.
