The role is based in Switzerland but can also be in Belgium, Ireland or NJ. /p h3Position overview /h3 pThis position has a Global responsibility to develop deploy the overall Plan System transformation program for Demand Planning across all MedTech BU’s / Regions, managing complex interdependencies with other strategic programs. He / she will shape and deploy the MedTech Plan system vision and comprehensive strategy in alignment with the respective senior stakeholders and ensures the successful delivery of the overall program for Demand Planning. /p pIn addition, this role will help transform / standardize underlying Plan technologies and ensure their integration. The person in this role will demonstrate strong experience in supply chain, planning systems / capabilities, end to end strategic thinking, digital acumen and will partner with senior executives within the MedTech SC functions. /p pThis position will report to the MedTech Plan Product Owner within the JJ MedTech Supply Chain Digital organization. /p h3Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liShape the MedTech Plan System vision strategy for Demand Planning to transform the MT planning landscape, and its integration into the MT SC digital transformation strategy and roadmap. /li liDevelop deploy Demand Planning system / capability roadmap considering highly complex interdependencies with MT must wins and strategic programs such as SigniFi and TranSCend. /li liOverall accountable to develop, refine, and implement the strategy to advance the maturity of our plan systems globally. /li liShape initiate the multi-year program, including financials, value case, timelines and resource model. Mobilize the program. /li liEstablish and manage the governance structure and processes. /li liPlan and manage delivery of project operationally, including team and schedule management. /li liLead the team to deploy the program. /li liKeep abreast with emerging planning concepts and technologies. /li liEstablish strong alignment and linkages to partner functions such as JJ Technology, MT SC Digital, Commercial, Business Unit Supply Chain Regional Value Chains, Integrated Business Management. /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 h3Education, experience: /h3 ul liMasters in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Mathematics, Operations or equivalent experience; MBA preferred. /li liRequires a minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in leadership roles within Operations, Supply Chain or large transformation programs. /li liMinimum of 5 years Plan business experience. /li liRequires people management and development experience. Build and maintain high performance teams. /li liRequires strong knowledge of MedTech supply chain. /li liProject Management: FPX PL or PMP Certification required, FPX SME preferred. /li liAPICS / lean six sigma certification preferred. /li liExperience in leading complex programs inclusive of local and global scope, in a distributed environment. /li liundefined /li /ul h3Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities /h3 ul liDemonstrated outstanding strategic thinking planning, communication and influencing skills. /li liAbility to work in a complex, multi-system environment. /li liDemonstrated hands‑on project delivery and managing project timelines in a complex business environment. /li liAbility to persuade others in sensitive complex situations while preserving relationships. Manage multiple stakeholders effectively including senior business leaders, vendors, third parties, and subcontractors to achieve overall engagement goal. /li liUnderstanding of end-to-end supply chain interactions and interdependencies with other functions. /li liStrong background / experience in Supply Chain Planning processes and systems is required. Digital acumen required. Expert knowledge of Advanced Planning Technologies. /li liExcellent financial business acumen to develop multi-year investment plans. /li liGlobal experience (with multiple countries, regions) and associated cultural awareness required. Experience working with virtual teams and matrix organizations. /li liStrong analytical and quantitative skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
