Requirements
Must have:
- Proven hands-on experience operating and improving cloud infrastructure on AWS (e.g., EC2, ECS, RDS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch). - Demonstrated expertise with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies (modular design, environments, pipelines). - Strong understanding of DevOps principles (CI/CD, observability, automation, release management). - Administration experience across Microsoft 365 (tenant-level administration, user and license lifecycle, groups/roles, feature enablement, integrations). - Practical experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence (workflow design, standards/governance, cross-team enablement). - Ability to work autonomously, define roadmaps, and deliver measurable improvements with minimal supervision. - Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Bonus: - Knowledge of security frameworks and controls (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2) and cloud hardening practices. - Experience with monitoring/observability stacks (e.g., CloudWatch Insights, Prometheus/Grafana, ELK/OpenSearch). - Familiarity with data integrations from internal tools and platform sources; exposure to AWS AppFlow and Athena. - Experience supporting BI/visualization stakeholders (e.g., Qlik or comparable tools). - Experience supporting quality management processes aligned to ISO 13485.
Responsibilities:
