Your role
The Service Manager is accountable for planning and managing IT services end-to-end. This includes translating customers' needs into TS services and products and managing the lifecycle of this inventory. The lifecycle includes overseeing the delivery of services with agreed SLA’s /OLA’s and cost and creating transparency into the Total Cost of Operation (TCO) of the Service. The Service Manager is also responsible to gather the stakeholder demand and create a long-term capacity forecast. From a strategic viewpoint, the Service Manager defines and executes the service strategy, while continuously optimizing the service.

Have you experience managing Data Center strategy to meet demand? We are looking for someone like that who can help us:
* maintain and update the firm's 3 - 5-year Regional Data Center strategy in line with technology requirements.
* work together with our stakeholder and providing a Demand Forecast for the future and define solutions for us to match their demand
* create a long-term capacity forecast based on the stakeholder demand and the TS cloud fist strategy.
* managing (Orchestrate) service and product performance towards cost and quality targets.
* engage Technology Infrastructure subject matter experts to understand future demand requirements and roadmaps.
* ensure our facilities are fit for purpose and meet the firm’s taxonomy and resilience definitions.
* manage and minimize risk with the Data Center service.
* designing services and products, as well execution of the corresponding reviews, reporting and billing
Your team
You'll be working as part of a global the Data Center Service Management team, based in Switzerland (Zurich). We are responsible for defining the global Data Center strategy working with stakeholders and partners across the business. Every day you will interact with colleagues across the region and globally and no two days will be the same.
Your expertise
* at least 5 years’ experience in the Data Center environment and in the management of a significant service or multi-year program.
* knowledge of Uptime Standards, ASHRAE and TIA design standards for Data Centers.
* excellent knowledge of Core Technology Infrastructure strategies

* Capable of working on multiple concurrent projects across multiple time zones
* Detail orientated and analytical with an inquisitive mind
