Your Tasks
1. Analyse and optimise the candidate selection experience for our B2B customers to ensure every open position is filled with the right coworker
2. Work closely with UX research teams to understand customer needs
3. Own the roadmap of high value deliverables for customers
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, support, sales and marketers, to deliver high-quality and user-centric product solutions
5. Build and maintain close relationships with the product team coworkers and stakeholders across the company
6. Assess product success in quantitative and qualitative analyses
Your skills
7. 3+ years of experience in Product Management roles covering digital products, ideally in marketplace, SaaS and/or recruiting environments
8. 3+ years of experience working in Agile environment
9. Commercial mind-set and professional relationship building skills
10. Solution-oriented and strong analytical thinking skills combined with a desire to make fact-based decisions
11. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
12. A motivated self-starter who enjoys a challenge in identifying and driving success
13. Proficient in English and German, French is a plus

20. Given the amount of experience we want for this position, a reasonable wage range is between CHF 100'000.- and 112'000.-
