Responsibilities
Responsibility for independently performing payroll accounting
Handling personnel administration from entry to departure (personnel master data, work permits, social securities, references, etc.)
Administration of HR tools (time management, digital personnel files, e-learning, etc.)
Liaising with external bodies (offices, authorities, insurance companies, etc.)
Processing expense and credit card statements
Collaborating on various HR and finance projects
Qualifications
Completed commercial training and at least successfully completed further training as a human resources administrator
Solid experience in payroll accounting
Knowledge of financial accounting is an advantage
Structured, independent and team-oriented approach to work
Very good German skills, good English skills
