What you can expect
The current project is funded by the SNF. The project aims to improve the care of patients after stroke and reduce the impact of post-stroke dementia by developing a mechanistic understanding of post-stroke cognitive trajectories. The candidate will analyse individual pre- and post-stroke predictors of post-stroke dementia and perform lesion-based analyses including spatial lesion characteristics, (dys)connectome, and other lesion-network and imaging-derived parameters.
Your Profile
* PhD degree or equivalent
* Basic knowledge of neuropsychological studies
* Basic knowledge of (bio)statistics
* Programming skills in MATLAB, R or Python
* Experience in neuroimaging and/or network-based analysis
* Excellent written English skills
* Publication track record
* Advanced programming skills in Python would be advantageous
