Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of the local commercial action plan based on the local brand plan to position the assigned products in line with the Brand Team strategy.
* Lead the localization of the commercial part of the global Brand Plan(s) and adapt it to local needs and regulations.
* Responsible for localization of global projects in alignment with strategic objectives.
* Drive cross-functional execution of the local commercial action and stakeholder engagement plan.
* Lead local commercial projects incorporating an omnichannel-engagement approach for various projects.
* Proactively develop and execute marketing projects with agencies from concept to implementation.
* Actively contribute to market insight generation; monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
* Collaborate effectively to ensure optimal interactions aimed to support product portfolio strategy.
* Close collaboration with sales force and responsible for product-related marketing training.
* Manage necessary internal/external networks, consultants and agency partners.
* Develop external expert engagement strategy and plan in collaboration with sales lead and commercial lead oncology.
* Manage monthly budget of tactical planning and budget reconciliation.
* Manage the promotional materials review process from development through approval.
* Participate at national and international congresses; lead product-specific parts of national and regional Ipsen meetings.
Qualifications
* Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Life Sciences or Business Administration.
* Minimum 2-3 years of relevant professional marketing experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, ideally in Oncology.
* Experience with omnichannel activities and trends.
* Strong communicator; a motivator and team player.
* Innovative, goal-oriented personality with a high level of self-motivation.
* Problem-solving and solution-oriented.
* Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
* Demonstrated ability to identify and understand market trends.
* Solid understanding of the Swiss healthcare environment and excellent project management skills.
* Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
