Support the head of the hospital department and play a proactive role in the evolution of the service by contributing to the projects, our integrated systems aimed at continuously improving care standards and ensuring comprehensive mental health care. Actively participate in care projects and ongoing development within the establishment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement tailored care plans. Establish and nourish strong professional relationships with general practitioners, thus promoting transparency and ensuring monitoring of specific care. In addition to the above points: You will cover for the incumbent as needed and participate in weekend shifts: 1 weekend every 6 to 10 weeks (on-site visits + phone presence). You will play a leading role in the supervision and training of resident doctors. The position is open for part-time work between 80% and 100%, depending on your availability. Flexibility, versatility, proactivity, and resilience will be key to evolving and contributing in this context.You hold a medical degree X with experience in adult care, recognized by Swiss authorities (MEBEKO). You also possess the title of FMH specialist (or equivalent) in (specific area missing). You master French at a C1 level and have confirmed clinical experience, ideally in a hospital environment. Experience in acute care would be an asset. Experience in an academic setting would also be desired. You have strong skills in listening, analysis, and decision-making, and you are capable of effectively managing stressful and complex situations. You are autonomous X while respecting protocols and the values of the establishment.
