Mandated by our client, we are looking for a 50% accountant to join a fine company in the region.

Main tasks:

- Downloading and monitoring bank statements
- Cash management
- Downloading, checking and posting invoices
- Verification and validation of payments
- Monitoring creditor invoices
- Management of disputed invoices (debtors)
- Entry and posting in general accounting
- Preparation and posting of payments related to general accounting
- Preparation and posting of VAT returns
- Participation in closing operations in collaboration with the Finance Manager
- Maintaining subsidiary accounting
- Monitoring credit insurance
- Preparation of dashboards and reports for Management
- Production of various statistics
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to the department

This list is not exhaustive and may evolve according to needs.

Profile sought:

- Holder of a Certificate in accounting or equivalent training
- Successful experience in a similar position
- Experience in the industrial sector desired
- Good command of accounting tools, ideally Crésus and financial procedures
- Rigour, autonomy and organisational skills
- Analytical mind and ability to manage priorities
- Ease in teamwork
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
