As a young, dynamic company, we combine systematic, algorithmic trading with deep market analysis to capitalise on opportunities across global financial and digital asset markets. Our team is driven by innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to setting new standards in the industry.
About the Role
Do you have a passion for financial markets and a drive to turn data into insight? As a Graduate Cross Asset Execution Trader at Swissblock, you will enter the dynamic world of global trading, collaborating with a team of enthusiastic professionals who are committed to your growth. You will be mentored by and report directly to the Head of Trading, a seasoned industry expert with decades of experience, ensuring you receive outstanding guidance and support as you launch your career.
This is far from a typical entry level role: From your very first day, you will be fully immersed in the excitement of live markets and gain exposure to a broad range of asset classes, including FX, equities, bonds, OTC derivatives, and digital assets. At Swissblock, your growth is our priority. You will be encouraged to ask questions, challenge conventions, and contribute fresh ideas to our trading strategies. Whether you are analyzing market moves, exploring new technologies, or collaborating with colleagues across different teams, you will be empowered to make a real impact.
