Your Tasks
* Facilities, Maintenance & Vendor Management
* Manage daily Purchase Orders (POs) from Operations, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, appointment, and follow-up to ensure timely and quality execution.
* Handle urgent maintenance requests from centres, ensuring rapid response and same-day completion when required.
* Ensure vendor invoicing, payments, and compliance with internal processes.
* Source and manage vendors and monitor key contract renewals (HVAC, Fire Safety, H&S).
* Project Support (Refurbishments, Openings & Closures)
* Support the Head of Team across refurbishment, new centre opening, and exit projects.
* Assist with tendering, vendor selection, planning, contract negotiations, and CAPEX estimates.
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders during execution phases.
* Participate in project meetings, track actions, and follow up on delivery.
* On-Site Execution & Quality Control
* Provide on-site support during construction and refurbishment works.
* Monitor vendor performance, ensure compliance with agreed scope, timelines, and quality standards.
* Support handovers, snag resolution, and project close-out, including final invoicing.
* Health & Safety Compliance
* Work closely with Operations teams to ensure centres comply with Health & Safety regulations and internal standards.
* Inventory & Asset Management
* Manage and update inventories for storage facilities and IT assets.
* Track inventory changes and ensure accurate records.
* Customer Construction Requests
* Support private construction or space modification projects for clients.
* Review sales-driven work requests to ensure feasibility and compliance with company standards.
Your Profile
* Very good knowledge of French & English (German an asset).
* Professional experience in real estate (Architecture or Engineer Degree an asset).
* Organizationally strong, team-oriented, reliable.
* Integrative & cooperative personality, down-to-earth, good negotiating skills, high success & goal orientation.
* High degree of independence, initiative, team work, sense of responsibility & flexibility.
* Attention to detail & accuracy.
* Passionate about construction & facilities, wanting to help grow the community.
* Confident in managing a portfolio of several properties.
* Multitasking skills, ability to change priorities/duties a must.
* Good user knowledge in Autodesk (MS Office, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
