We are looking for a passionate leader to represent our employer brand across every candidate touchpoint.
Day to Day
 * Design the future of the CSS Employer Brand together with your team.
 * Collaborate with managers, recruiters and Corporate Communications to bring fresh ideas for the employer brand, from planning to execution and optimisation.
 * Develop and optimise all touchpoints in the recruitment process—from the career website to onboarding—to create a positive experience.
 * Create robust, integrated communication plans and deliver clear, engaging messages across all channels, both internal and external, online and offline.
What You Bring
 * Employer branding is your passion. You dive into topics with enthusiasm and quickly develop a deep understanding of what makes us an attractive employer.
 * You thrive in team environments, coordinate across interfaces, are organised, networked, and tackle tasks with a broad perspective.
 * At least five years of solid experience in employer branding, combined with a university or Fachhochschule degree in communication, marketing or a related field.
 * Proficient written communication in German; knowledge of French or Italian is a plus.
