About Datamars: Datamars has over 35 years of innovation and leadership in RFID, pioneering electronic textile identification solutions for the industrial laundry process, and offers the most complete range of RFID identification solutions.

Into the Role

In this role, you will perform data analytics to provide meaningful insights to improve the marketing pipeline, recommend sales excellence activities, and increase sales potential across multiple markets for our Textile Identification business.


Responsibilities

* Extract and deliver meaningful data insights – identify, recommend & define market opportunities to support our sales team.
* Encourage the adoption of Salesforce CRM – support the sales team to utilize the CRM tool correctly and understand its value behind the data analytics.
* Be the key interface between customers (alongside our sales team) and our operations team to define sales forecast numbers and future demand.
* Contribute to recurring business reviews regarding overall sales performance, growth initiatives, and identifying market opportunities in collaboration with Marketing and Product Management teams.
* Be creative & proactive in sharing your ideas and supporting new sales excellence initiatives.
* Be accountable for completing essential administrative tasks, including documentation, compliance, reporting for customers and sales support.
* Develop excellent relationships with the global sales team, cross‑functional teams, and customers.


Key Success Factors

* Exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills with both internal and customer channels.
* Sound digital background, comfortable dealing with CRM tools – ideally Salesforce.
* Encourages meaningful change and supports sales teams on how to use CRM tools effectively.
* At least three years’ professional experience in sales operations, sales excellence, or commercial excellence.
* Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and tangible products.
* Advanced proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.
* Highly competent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Knowledge of technology solutions such as BI, CRM, and Marketing Automation solutions.
