Task:
Develop and promote Quality Assurance requirements and a strong quality cultureEnsure robust quality processes and cost-efficient program execution in collaboration with Engineering, Operations, and Supply ChainAct as main interface for Process Engineering and Operations on quality and safety topicsDefine and implement Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) characteristics and control plansLead non-conformance management, root cause analyses (RCA), and failure investigationsModerate and lead Process FMEA activitiesSupervise Manufacturing, Assembly, Integration and Testing (MAIT) quality aspectsDefine and monitor Measuring & Test Equipment (M&TE), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and process capabilityPerform quality inspections and manage KIP/MIP documentationEstablish and maintain process quality documentation and support process qualificationEnsure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirementsContribute to proposals (RFI/RFQ), audits, and quality organization development (training & coaching)Support product and qualification data packages, especially for space applicationsProfil:
Degree (BSc/MSc) in Engineering or a related fieldRelevant experience in Quality Assurance and Continuous ImprovementKnowledge of standards such as EN0, ECSS, NASA, and MILStrong technical understanding and ability to analyze complex systemsHands-on mindset combined with solid theoretical knowledgeExperience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone, FMEA)Proficiency in MS OfficeExperience in the space industry is an advantageStrong analytical, critical thinking, and interpersonal skillsIndependent and team-oriented working styleProactive, communicative, and confident personalityPassion for quality and continuous improvementWillingness to travel (approx. 5–%)Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)Additional languages (German, French, or Swedish) are a plus
