The role involves working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign consistency, timely execution, and data‑driven optimisation. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuilding, managing, and optimising email campaigns using Marketing Cloud /li liMaintaining and updating contact databases in Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM, including segmentation activities /li liCoordinating with internal content owners and stakeholders to ensure timely campaign delivery /li liManaging and maintaining the campaign calendar and communication schedule /li liSupporting performance analysis and reporting of campaign results /li liAssisting with A/B testing activities to improve campaign effectiveness /li liProviding support to social media and paid media campaign activities /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related technical field (e.g. IT or digital disciplines) /li liSolid experience in digital marketing, CRM systems, or email marketing platforms /li liFamiliarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud /li liGood knowledge of SQL /li liHTML knowledge considered an advantage /li liExposure to API, AMPscript, and SSJS is a plus /li liKnowledge of Power BI is an additional asset /li liExperience with Salesforce CRM is desirable /li liStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities /li liAnalytical and structured working approach /li liGood communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams /li liBasic understanding of A/B testing and audience segmentation /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluency in English (written and spoken) is required /li liAdditional languages are considered an advantage /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong organisational and time management abilities /li liProactive and self‑driven approach /li liTeam‑oriented mindset and good collaboration skills /li liAbility to work under pressure with accuracy and consistency /li liProblem‑solving attitude and adaptability in dynamic environments /li /ul pThis full‑time position is offered through a direct employment contract for a duration of 12 months, with strong potential for permanent placement.
