Beschreibung

ASUS Switzerland is looking for a passionate Junior Key Account Manager Retail (100%) to drive retail growth in the Swiss market. In this role, you will manage Swiss retail partnerships, execute sales strategies, and ensure ASUS products are prominently displayed both in-store and online.

You will collaborate with product and marketing teams, analyze retail data, and oversee partner marketing initiatives to boost sales and brand visibility. Regular store visits and product training sessions will be key responsibilities, ensuring your retail partners are equipped to succeed.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to ASUS’s growth while working in a dynamic, innovative environment.

You will report to the Country Head and Business Development Manager based in Switzerland.

Job Responsibilities

• Sales & Profitability – Manage sales targets and P&L for assigned retail accounts, ensuring business growth and profitability.

• Relationship Building – Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to support ASUS’s business goals.

• Product Visibility – Ensure optimal ASUS product placement both online and in-store to maximize visibility.

• Retail Execution – Regularly visit stores to check inventory, shelf space, and marketing execution, ensuring ASUS maintains a strong retail presence.

• Marketing & Collaboration – Collaborate with internal and customer teams to implement impactful marketing campaigns and ensure effective sales and marketing execution.

• Business Opportunities – Identify and develop new growth opportunities within the assigned retail accounts to increase ASUS's market share.

• Sales Performance – Track and improve sell-in and sell-through performance to meet targets.

• Budgets & Promotions – Plan and oversee budgets and promotional activities to support go-to-market strategies and boost sales.

• Market Insights – Analyze market trends and competitor activity to provide insights that refine ASUS’s retail and marketing strategies.

• Retail Training – Provide product training and updates to ensure partners effectively sell ASUS products.

• Primary Contact & Advocate for ASUS – Act as the main point of contact for all ASUS-related matters, ensuring customer needs are met while aligning with and supporting company goals.

• Stay Proactive & Results-Driven – Continuously seek growth opportunities and focus on achieving business success.

Qualifications & Experience

• Preferred Experience – 3+ years of experience working with Swiss retailers is preferred, with strong ability in driving sell-out, along with professional merchandise skills such as visual merchandising, inventory management, trend analysis, and communication.

• Proven Sales & Account Management Experience – 1 to 2 years in key account management or sales within the IT or consumer electronics industry.

• B2C Sales & Tech Passion – Experience in B2C sales within the IT sector or a strong passion for technology.

• Relevant Education – Vocational education in Business, Sales, Marketing, IT, or a related field (e.g., Eidgenössich Diplomierter Verkaufsfachmann / Verkaufsfachfrau) or equivalent practical experience.

• Data-Driven & Analytical – Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Power BI) to analyze sales data and market trends.

• Entrepreneurial & Results-Oriented – Self-motivated and focused on achieving business goals.

• Organization & Prioritization – Efficient in managing tasks and prioritizing workloads.

• Relationship Building & Communication – Strong interpersonal skills for connecting with stakeholders at all levels.

• Multilingual Proficiency – Fluent in German (native) and English; French is an advantage.

• Presentation & Public Speaking – Skilled in delivering impactful presentations to internal teams and partners.

• Creative & Strategic Thinking – Ability to adapt to market changes and develop strategic solutions.

• Negotiation & Influence – Strong skills in negotiating and influencing key decision-makers.

• Market & Sales Analysis – Ability to analyze trends and sales data to optimize retail strategies.

• Adaptability & Growth Mindset – Quick to adapt to new challenges and drive continuous improvement.

Additional Requirements

• In addition to regular visits to retail stores and customers across Switzerland, occasional international travel may be required once per quarter for QBRs.
