Join our team as a Financial Controller and play a crucial role in the financial management of our company. Responsibilities: Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial information by overseeing general and analytical accounting. Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and medium- to long-term plans. Analyze variances between forecasts and actuals, and propose corrective actions. Implement and improve management control tools and performance indicators. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management and shareholders. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory financial practices. Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial and operational processes. Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary information to auditors. Profil recherché Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or management Significant experience in management control or audit, ideally in an international environment. Excellent command of office tools and financial management software (Excel, ERP, etc.). Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data. Rigor, organization, and a sense of responsibility. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Proficiency in French is a must.
