Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary commercial contact for prospects and existing customers, including large companies.
* Generate leads and manage independent sales cycles with large accounts and financial institutions.
* Deliver presentations and high-level software demonstrations.
* Collaborate with experienced pre-sales consultants during the sales process.
* Coordinate closely with the Marketing & Inside Sales Department.
* Achieve sales targets and manage sales activities effectively.
Qualifications and Skills
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
* Strong sales skills and a passion for sales.
* Excellent social and communication skills, with a robust network within large organizations.
* Affinity with IT systems and Performance Management processes or systems.
* Experience in solution selling.
* Self-motivated, independent, energetic, and receptive to feedback.
* Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Fluency in German and English.
* Proven track record in the CPM or ERP industry for large corporations is preferred.
* Ability to work remotely from anywhere.
