Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant, requiring office time in Freienbach SZ with some work-from-home flexibility. The Administrative Assistant will handle various day-to-day tasks including providing administrative support, managing post, filing and data entry, handling minor executive assistant duties, and performing clerical tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
* Administrative Assistance and Executive Assistant skills and experience necessary
* Phone & email etiquette and communication skills
* English & German a prerequisite, French and/or Italian a bonus
* Data entry & attention to detail
* Clerical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information
* Previous experience in a financial advisory firm is a plus
* Bachelor's degree or relevant certification is preferred
Suitability
* You will be working with and for the CEO on a daily basis
* As such, this job would suit someone junior, with some administrative experience, looking to get into the financial services industry
