Your tasks Support of the customer service centre in 1st-level support and, if necessary, in 2nd-level support with high service quality in complex clarification cases
Active participation in the area of receivables management
Professional customer advice, success-oriented sales activities in campaign management across all contact channels
Participation in the continuous improvement process with a focus on customer services across the entire customer value creation (master data, service processes, customer acquisition/care as well as meter reading, billing, and much more)
Participation in projects related to digitalisation and automation
Your profile Commercial or IT/technical vocational training
Several years of sales and customer advisory experience in a service industry, experience in receivables management is an advantage
High IT affinity (MS Office, SAP, CRM, customer portals, apps, etc.)
Good process understanding (customer, IT processes)
Strong service, solution and customer orientation, as well as good social and advisory skills
Experience/knowledge of the energy industry (electricity, heat, services) and familiarity with regulatory requirements are a great advantage
Confident German in spoken and written form, knowledge of another foreign language (English, French, Italian, etc.) is an advantage
