The Role
As the Product Delivery Manager, you are the quality and delivery backbone of your team. Your primary focus is ensuring that features meet their acceptance criteria and that the team’s backlog is well-organized and on track. You write and validate acceptance criteria, review and refine requirements, and verify that delivered changes meet the Definition of Done. Alongside this, you keep the team’s backlog healthy, triaging bugs, managing priorities, and coordinating with the Team Lead and Product Manager on delivery timelines. You also coordinate releases and conduct regression testing to certify product readiness.
Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, accountability for deadlines, disciplined backlog management, and the ability to hold the line on quality while keeping delivery moving.
Responsibilities
* Requirements & Acceptance Testing: Write acceptance criteria for features, review and refine requirements with the team, conduct acceptance testing of completed work, and verify that changes meet the Definition of Done.
* Backlog Management & Delivery Coordination: Maintain and prioritize the squad backlog, triage incoming bugs and assign appropriate priority levels, coordinate with the Team Lead and Product Manager on delivery timelines and commitments.
* Release Coordination & Regression: Coordinate release activities, conduct manual regression testing, and prepare readiness assessments to support Go/No-Go decisions.
* Stakeholder Communication: Engage with customers and internal services teams to clarify feature requirements and change requests.
Requirements
* Proven experience in software quality assurance, manual testing on web browsers and mobile, and writing robust acceptance criteria.
* Strong organizational skills with hands-on experience in Agile backlog management and issue housekeeping (e.g., Gitlab, Jira, or similar tools).
* Excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively triage bugs, negotiate priorities, and align technical teams with product goals.
* A result-driven mindset with a strong sense of accountability for product stability and delivery timelines.
* Fluency in English and German.
