Are you passionate about quality, compliance, and leadership?
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Quality Unit to lead and evolve our Quality Management System (QMS) for Swiss Sales and Central Services. This is a strategic leadership role with a direct impact on patient safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
You will ensure compliance with ISO 13485, MDR 2017 / 745, GDP, GMP, and Swissmedic regulations.
You will play a key role in aligning quality initiatives with corporate goals and fostering a strong quality culture across the organization.
Lead and develop the Quality Unit team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
Define and implement the quality strategy for Sales CH and Central Services.
Oversee QMS performance, audits, CAPAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Act as the primary liaison with Swissmedic, Notified Bodies, and other regulatory authorities.
Ensure compliance with HMG, MepV, and internal B. Braun standards.
Serve as IMS Process Owner and Coordinator for assigned processes.
Support product lifecycle management and supplier qualification processes.
Your Profile
University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in quality management within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 13485, MDR, GDP, GMP, and Swiss regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Fluent in German and English (French is a plus).
