Ph3Assurance, Risk Internal Controls (ARIC) Transformation Lead /h3 pPosted: /p h3Job Information /h3 pLocation: TN Switzerland, Canton of Lucerne, Switzerland /p pCompany: ABB /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liOwn the program-wide framework for assurance, risk, and internal controls, aligned with ABB policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards, including the ARIC Handbook. /li liLead the IC SMEs team to deliver the future‑state internal control and GRC design for SAP S/4HANA, including manual and automated controls. /li liCoordinate and align IT, business area and process internal controls compliance leads, ensuring consistent implementation of controls, roles, and access governance across ABB. /li liAct as the primary interface to Internal Audit, external auditors, and corporate assurance functions, supporting audit readiness, stage‑gate decisions, and timely remediation of findings. /li liReport regularly to program governance bodies on risk exposure, control design maturity, authorization readiness, and remediation progress. /li liProvide regular reporting and insights to program governance bodies on control maturity, risks, and remediation progress. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in assurance, risk management, and internal controls within large, complex, multinational organizations. /li liExperience with ERP transformation programs, including SAP S/4HANA. /li liExperience working in a Big 4 accounting firm with exposure to SOX and ERP transformation projects is preferable. /li liSolid knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGCs) and Automated Control environments (ITACs). /li liDemonstrated skill in collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders without formal managerial authority. /li liExperience operating at the intersection of Business, IT, and Risk, with a solid governance and transformation mindset. /li liStructured, pragmatic approach with the ability to balance compliance requirements and business enablement. /li liHighly effective communicator with credibility and presence to work well with program leadership and business stakeholders. /li liMust be eligible to work in Switzerland.
