About Funded-Club

We are a young and dynamic start-up with the goal of making a big difference in the world by supporting funded startups like LEDCity. Our mission is to provide innovative solutions that promote sustainability and reduce energy consumption.

About the role

Funded-Club is looking for a passionate Sales Manager to join our team on a hybrid basis, who can contribute to the company's growth and profitability by achieving sales targets and successfully acquiring new customers across Swiss market.

* Responsible for identifying customer needs in the market and deriving appropriate offers based on them.
* Conduct ongoing technical and product-related competitive analysis and market assessment with recommendations for market growth opportunities.
* Expand and acquire new customer base and build long-term business relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact, even after project completion.
* Cordinate where necessary the acquisition and the project and provide specialist support from within the organization.
* With passion, customer orientation and negotiating skills, you convince customers to save energy and successfully close deals.

Qualifications

* 3+ years proven track record of sales experience – B2B strongly preferred.
* A well-maintained network in Switzerland (Real Estate or construction will be a strong plus).
* You have excellent written and oral German and/or French skills, Swiss German (strongly preferred) and a good command of English.
* You are outgoing: With your friendly manner and persuasiveness, you can convince potential customers of saving energy.
* Start-up and hands-on mentality, flexibility and a strong willingness to learn.
* You are interested in sustainability and the latest technologies.
* You are a University graduate – ideally in electrical engineering and information technology, environmental engineering, building automation, facility management, and business administration.
