Job Summary
We are looking for a talented RF Design Engineer with CMOS IC design expertise and a passion for solving complex engineering challenges across sub-GHz to 2.4 GHz bands.
This is an opportunity to work at both block and system level on cutting-edge radio technology in a highly collaborative, international engineering environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead the design, simulation, and optimization of baseband and RF blocks (70%).
* Conduct lab measurements and performance characterization (20%).
* Provide ATE support and contribute to regulatory compliance assessment (10%).
What You Bring
* Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering.
* 3+ years’ semiconductor industry experience.
* Hands-on expertise in one or more of:
o LDOs, regulators
o Bandgap references, power-on reset
o ADCs (Sigma-Delta, SAR)
o LNAs, mixers, filters
o Power amplifiers (sub-GHz or 2.4 GHz)
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a collaborative approach.
* Proficiency in English (French is a plus).
Nice to Have
* PhD with 5+ years’ experience.
* RC and XTAL oscillator design.
* Knowledge of ESD protection strategies.
* Mixed-mode simulation experience (Symphony or equivalent).
* EM simulation tools (SiWave, HFSS, EMX).
