To further drive our continuous growth in the context of our newly created Technical Operations functions, we are looking for a committed and structured Technical Operations Program Lead to join our team.
This role ensures effective execution of cross-functional projects and provides structured support for governance and reporting processes, contributing to alignment across the TechOps network. Additionally, the role will coordinate quoting alignment for peptide manufacturing requests, ensuring standardized processes and effective communication between Sales and Peptide Operations
Your tasks
* Coordinate and monitor cross-functional initiatives within Technical Operations and at interfaces with Manufacturing, R&D, and Engineering
* Support harmonization and standardization measures across sites and functions
* Prepare and consolidate monthly reports, KPI dashboards, and presentations for leadership meetings
* Facilitate and follow up on leadership forums, governance meetings, and project workshops
* Track action items and ensure timely execution of agreed measures
* Contribute to process improvement and harmonization programs within TechOps.
* Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation and documentation
* Act as the central point for Sales quote requests related to peptide manufacturing, routing inquiries to the appropriate site and functional experts.
* Consolidate quoting information from local sites and provide standardized responses back to Sales, supporting process harmonization and improved coordination.
* Support with selected administrative tasks such as cost center management and presentation preparation
Your profile
* University degree (Master) in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business Engineering, or related field; vocational training in laboratory sciences (e.g. Lab Technician) is an asset
* 5–10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or CDMO industry with strong exposure to GMP environments
* Proven track record in managing cross-functional collaboration and strategic initiatives
* Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to independently lead initiatives
* Experience in change management and digitalization programs is an advantage
* Excellent communication skills in German and English (C1 mandatory)
