Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic account management and business development.
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet specific needs of DSOs.
In this role, you will work closely with international and national sales and marketing teams as well as the experts of the global DSO team. Your main goal is to build mutually beneficial long-term partnerships based on business opportunities and clinical insights.
Qualifications:
* University degree in business or economics, preferably MBA degree.
* Proven experience in key account management within the DSO sector (at least 5 years).
* Demonstrated track record of sales achievements and business development success.
* International exposure and experience working with diverse teams and clients.
* Business proficiency in German, English, and another European language.
