Circle and Responsibilities Do you want to create real impact in CRM - with full responsibility for KPIs such as returning customer rate, CLV and customer engagement? Are you passionate about data-based communication, think cross-channel and prefer to implement campaigns rather than just design them?
Then you've come to the right place: as a CRM Manager, you are our operational hub for all CRM measures - from segmentation to automation. You work hands-on with Klaviyo and take our lifecycle marketing to the next level - cross-channel, personalized and scalable. Loyalty programs, membership models and community building are part of your playground, just like automations and performance campaigns.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational responsibility for all CRM activities - from concept to dispatch
Development & implementation of lifecycle flows, trigger emails, reactivation campaigns, etc.
Development, maintenance and optimization of CRM automations: Welcome flows, post-purchase, re-engagement etc.
Operational implementation of loyalty & membership programs
CRM support for community building via owned channels
Creation and optimization of templates & content for emails and other channels
Management and further development of a true omnichannel approach - email, WhatsApp, onsite & co
Monitoring and optimization of relevant KPIs such as returning customer rate, CLV, open and click rate
Close cooperation with Brand, Performance and Customer Support as well as with external agencies for cross-channel touchpoints
Expansion of CRM processes for internationalization & new markets

Your profile You already have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in operational CRM – ideally with Klaviyo.
You think in target groups and customer journeys rather than traditional newsletters.
You have a keen eye for content, enjoy designing templates, and constantly test new approaches.
You love working with data and are driven by KPIs and performance.
You're familiar with omnichannel setups and seamlessly integrate email, WhatsApp, onsite touchpoints, and more.
Ideally, you’ve contributed to building loyalty mechanics or membership programs.
You bring strong technical understanding of automations and complex customer journeys.
You’re proactive, pragmatic, and thrive in dynamic environments.
You're fluent in German and English – additional languages like French or Dutch are a plus.
